About Lorian Janine
Emerging from a background rich in musical influence, Lorian Janine began as a violinist in her elementary and high school years, and later
transitioned into singing in her early twenties. As an Amplify Washtenaw recipient in 2022, she introduced listeners to a sound both haunting and hopeful, quickly gaining a following drawn to her authenticity and sonic warmth through the release of her first two singles, “Choose to Love” and “Middle of the Sea.” She has performed in a variety of venues across the Wayne County and Washtenaw area including the Ann Arbor Art Fair (Ann Arbor), Ziggy’s (Ypsilanti), The Ark (Ann Arbor), The Peaceful Poetic Place (Royal Oak), The Lovingtouch (Ferndale), The Ann Arbor Summer Fest and The White Star (Hamtramck). Lorian Janine's debut album is scheduled to release in the near future.
